Changed code in getunlocksinfo.aspx for enable tier2 unlock only after tier1 is unlocked

I have changed the code in the getunlockinfo.aspx so everybody can select tier2 weapons to unkock only after the corespobding tier1 weapon is allready unlocked.

Here is the complete code;

 

there is no need to recode everything...

we also fixed it, and will be released.

Use Search, this problem solved by me many times ago $)

 

With the current state of the code users get NOTHING, when they select tier2 unlock without selecting tier1.

It would more user-friendly to adjust the checking function to select the tier1 unlock in case of the forementioned decision.
