database restoration problem

hello i have problem to restore backed up database ,i don`t know why but private rank sys not detecting backups (in selection box is eachtime "<NONE>")
do you know any tricks to let it to work right ? or there is way to restore it manually please help(ive searched forum for it but Im not found way to solve it)

well ive seen this post previously.. and I apply it to my database settngs it resolves my database update problem but path is absolutely correct because its passing config test

in the config _config.php for backups at the end put "/", then he wakes up to see the backups to restore!
