BF2 Signature Script - Russian Edition

Hi, I'd like to share translated version (Russian) BF2 Signature Script.
I've added some transcoding functions to work signature script properly with cyrillic symbols, and translate all stuff into Russian (readme file partially).

I wonder how you translated some ranks, for example "gunnery sergeant" or "master sergeant"? Russian army don't have analogic ranks.

I've used russian ranks.
So ranks in english and russain versions are differrent.
