database descriptions - whats what?
some parts of the database are pretty straigt forward, as most of the player, awards, kits etc stuff.
eventhough i have some questions (will append my new questions on bottom)
before i ask all those questions THANKS for creating this really nice database to use with bf2
and thanks for answering my questions here!
you might have the question: what does he need this info for??
well i am creating a SIMPLE frontent to this database to review the stats on a basic
mysql, apache and php server.
----- my questions -----
o where can i find the Parachute time?
o which weapon has which 'id?
grenade = 12
mine = 11
shockpaddles = 10
knife = 9
pumpgun = 8
...
sniper = 4
etc
thats right?

Go the server objects zips. I believe they have all the item information. about weapon ids and such. I also think that if you look over at the bf2singleplayer site at gamespy they have a lot of the info. Those are the guys that did Allied Intent

Check out the constants.py file. That has more information about this. Also, have a look at BrainPeckers scripts. You may find some of the answers there. Though these scripts don't connect tot the DB directly... they get this info via the .aspx files... !dodge.
