Glad you figured it out, but for those who cannot, I am going to explain it anyways :)
    1. Go to your Control Center installation (default: "C:\Program Files (x86)\BF2Statistics\BF2Statistics Control Center").
    2. Open the MapData.xml file located under "Web/Bf2Stats" folder with a text editor such as Notepad.
    3. add the map by following the directions in the XML file, and by following the example maps listed (The map ID can be found in the {bf2server install/python/bf2/stats/constants.py} file OR if its a custom map, by looking at the assigned ID in the database (mapinfo table)).
And thats all there is to it, pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

    Hey there,

I just found out about the BF2stats Control Center. Great work! It makes some things much easier than they have been some years ago. But is there a possibility to use it with mods as BF2 SP64? I would like to play the maps for 64 players.

Hi, I've started running this option as opposed to the Linux Web edition, I couldn't sort out the Gamespy side of things, this setup has been excellent & is working well in a W7 Virtual Box. I also run MySQL for the database & again excellent. I'm wondering if there's a way to disable the IP checking for flag assignments. I would like to manually assign flags to the 'Bot' players, I am running phpMyAdmin & have tried to manually change the country flags in the database but each time I run the server they are changed back to 'US' flags. I've tried to change the IP's manually as well but they just get changed back to 127.0.0.1. In the database there are two fields/columns called 'ip2nation' & 'ip2nationcountries', I'm guessing they have something to do with what I'd like to achieve but I'm not too sure about messing with those.
Many thanks for all the work that's gone into this setup.

It is possible in the web edition, but not the control center. I unfortunately hard coded bots to have the local PC IP address. Sorry about that mate
