Problem with login

Hi, i have a problem with login to ASP directory.
OS: Win2003 SP1 Server
Web-server: Apache 2.2
PHP: 5
MySQL: 5.0.27
Game: BF2 Server
I was uploaded BF2Statistics 1.4.2 to web directory, asp to created asp dir.
Changed _config.php.
I was logged in asp dir with U admin P password & clicked on link Install DB . but i was returned to first link on login page.
What is this a problem??? My apache work with a normal settings & other project on this web-server are works a normal (etc. login, sessions & cookies).

Sorry, i was found my problem 
I'm deleted in Windows\Temp\ folder PHP.
But now i have another problem. I can't see in directory ASP my BF2 server.

Is it online? I mean, you only see your server if he is on.
