I'm afraid i misunderstood your question... But to find your server on the internet, gamespy is the ones who have the masterserver. So if ea shuts down their stats system, you will still have the opportunity to run your own server with stats, or even better, a whole bunch of servers with one big database from all of them.

Wizza90, yes of course. We have 14 servers all privately ranked to a central server and all clients see their ranks, also, client redirection is automatic so no need for a bf2 stats client.
